Get Involved iTeam Application
The iChange committee will be a small team of passionate and experienced students who are serious about helping to further iChange’s goal to empower students to make a real change on campus. The team will meet with the Directors of iChange biweekly where they will collaborate to work on iChange initiatives such as determining winners of minor contests as well as the long term contest, implementation of ideas proposed by students, as well as working to organize an end of the year banquet and showcase for all of iChange’s achievements throughout the year. iChange team members will also participate in events throughout the year to help promote iChange and assist in its marketing campaign. We are looking for iChange candidates that are creative, innovative, have “entrepreneurial spirit,” and can take initiative to make things happen. We look forward to reading your applications.

Hokie Day
Do you want to make an impact in State politics and Virginia Tech? Sign up for Hokie Day 2010 and be a part of a wonderful tradition hosted by SGA that involves students, alumni and administration all coming together at the Capitol in Richmond to work as lobbyist for the University, supporting and urging legislators to vote for legislation that promotes Higher Education.
Hokie Day will be February 3, 2010.
Students who apply and are chosen will have to attend five training sessions between November and February that will teach them how to be an effective lobbyist.There is no cost to attend Hokie Day, breakfast and lunch on February 3 will be provided by the SGA, as well as transportation to and from Richmond.
